I’m currently planning an upcoming photoshoot based on the movie Cinderella, and seeing as how I haven’t shared a mood board in a hot minute, I figured I would share the one I’ve created for this photoshoot. A corresponding photoshoot blog post will be following this post shortly.
The photoshoot was brought on by one of club prompts, which was to “describe a popular movie plot”. I was inspired by both Disney’s 1950 animated film, as well as their 2015 live action version. When it comes to the hair and makeup styling, that was especially inspired by the live action film and Lily James’ look in it. Included in this mood board are a lot of movie stills, as I’m trying to emulate an existing piece of art, so there’s not too much variation. I’ve also included images of the location I’m planning on using, hair styles I might incorporate, as well as some pictures from other Cinderella photoshoots others have done to be used for inspiration in vibe and posing.
